That I Know
Every company has that go-to person — the one with the answers, the fixer when things break, or the HR pro who’s built a rock-solid team. The Site Service Awards are about shining a light on those people and their stories — the ones who keep this complex, critical industry running. We celebrate the doers, the problem-solvers, and the teammates who lift everyone around them. Winners will be profiled in our print and digital issues and invited to an exclusive dinner in Vancouver. Nominations have now closed.
Save the date: the event will take place on February 26th, 2026 in Vancouver, BC.
Here's how it works
1. NOMINATE
Nominate someone incredible. It’s as easy as answering 4 questions about them.
2. VOTE & SHARE
You will receive a unique link that you can share with your colleagues and network. Others can vote for this nominee and submit stories about them. These votes and shared stories help enrich our journalism and contribute to the selection process.
3. Industry Judging
Finalists are reviewed by a panel of industry judges + SiteNews/SiteMedia editors. Nominations are the primary basis for evaluation. Judges assess the submission against criteria like excellence, collaboration, impact, and leadership. Votes and shared stories play a supporting role, but do not determine winners on their own. Winners for each category are made by the panel.

The Magazine
Introducing the inaugural issue of Site Service Awards: The Faces of Construction. Through captivating portraiture and storytelling, this edition captures the human side of our industry. Finalists' stories will not only reach hundreds of thousands of industrial leaders, but will also help motivate the next generation. We are proudly donating copies to high schools and colleges across the country to show students the true potential of a career in construction.
